Only if it's a real case, you pay ($39 / $79) — and your finished pack lands within 24 hours (the clock starts when we have your evidence). No guarantee of a win — the bank decides — but a righteous, fully-evidenced fight.

We delete your buyer's raw records after delivery — we don't hoard anyone's personal data. (We keep only a minimal order record + the pack we made, briefly, for both our protection.) Then, win or lose, come tell the community how it went — we publish every outcome, the wins and the losses.
