Dispute Shield is a done-for-you service operated by Gus (joingus.com). We prepare a chargeback-dispute evidence package from records you provide. By submitting the form, you agree to the following.
We review the records you send and, if they support a case, we prepare an evidence summary, a rebuttal letter, and a submission checklist formatted for your platform. We provide this within 24 hours of receiving your evidence.
We cannot and do not guarantee that you will win your dispute. The outcome is decided solely by the cardholder's issuing bank and your payment processor — not by us. We prepare the strongest case your records support; the decision is out of our hands.
If your records don't support a winnable case, we tell you that before you pay, and you owe nothing. We will never take payment for a case we've told you is a long shot.
You only pay after we've reviewed your case and you choose to proceed ($39 standard / $79 rush or high-ticket). Refund policy: if we fail to deliver a complete pack as described, within the agreed time, you get a full refund. Because outcomes are decided by your bank, we cannot refund based on a lost dispute — only on non-delivery.
We ask you to send your own order/delivery records (which may include your buyer's information). We use these only to build your pack. We delete your raw evidence after delivery. We retain a minimal business record — your order details, the terms you accepted, the verdict we gave, proof of delivery, the payment record, and a copy of the pack we produced — for a limited period (up to 90 days) solely to resolve any payment dispute or support request, after which it is purged. We never sell or share your data.
You confirm the records you provide are true and yours to share, and that you will submit the pack to your processor yourself, within your deadline.
